With more than 15 years of studio training, Sierra has become a respected force in the dance world, admired for her passion, leadership, versatility, and grace.
From her earliest steps, Sierra has immersed herself in the art of movement, exploring and mastering a wide range of styles. Her training has spanned everything from classical ballet to contemporary, jazz, and musical theater. She’s not only a standout performer—she’s a choreographer, educator, and storyteller whose dedication radiates through every piece she touches. Building a Legacy, One Role at a Time At Backstage Dance Studio, where she has been classically trained, Sierra has become known as a principal dancer in the studio’s annual production of The Nutcracker. For the past six years, she has brought elegance and power to the stage, and for the last two years, she has owned the role of Snow Queen, leaving behind a legacy that dancers in her community look up to. Beyond the studio, Sierra has risen through the ranks at Montgomery High School, where she serves as Colonel of the Belles Dance Team—a leadership role that highlights not just her dance ability, but her drive to inspire and guide others. Her journey has taken her through dance companies, competitive teams, and theater productions, consistently earning her highranking titles and recognition. She was featured in National Youth Theatre’s production of West Side Story and has choreographed and performed award-winning solos, duets, and ensembles for over three years—constantly evolving her voice as a performer and creator.

She has received multiple scholarships through NYCDA and was most recently invited to study at Steps on Broadway, one of New York City’s most prestigious training centers.
