I’m a photographer, a dance mom, and someone who truly understands how much heart, work, and discipline goes into every dancer’s journey. I also work full time in software development and have a background in the medical field, so I naturally bring both precision and care into everything I do.

Fun fact: as a child, I did took dance and gymnastics classes. Over the years working with dancers, I developed a deep understanding of dance technique and how to capture it in a way that feels both artistic and strong. I’ve invested heavily in my education as a photographer. I completed photography school, studied with a Russian ballet photographer, and took multiple retouching courses to refine my editing style. I care deeply about creating clean, polished images that highlight the dancer’s strength, technique, and artistry without losing authenticity.

I’ve also had the opportunity to photograph workshops with Alex Wong, Kelly Sweeney, and Melissa Becraft, which gave me even more experience observing dancers in motion and understanding how to capture performance quality, expression, and technical detail at a high level.

I also work with Menina Fortunato dancers to create commercial dance imagery, photographing dancers in a way that feels not only beautiful, but also professional, marketable, and brand-ready.

Beyond photography sessions, I am also the publisher of a dance magazine where I feature my photography work and showcase dancers I’ve had the privilege of working with. That part of my work means a lot to me, because it allows me to give dancers more visibility and celebrate their talent, passion, and individuality beyond a single photoshoot. I’ve also built a strong ambassador community where I help dancers grow their passion for modeling and dance while learning how to present themselves professionally.

My mission is to help dancers be noticed by bringing their strongest qualities to life through imagery — whether that is their technique, their confidence, their artistry, their personality, or the special presence they bring in front of the camera.

Safety and professionalism are a huge part of my work. I am certified by Professional Photographers of America, background checked, and cleared by the U.S. Center for SafeSport. I take that responsibility seriously. I always make sure images are age-appropriate before delivering them to clients, and I carefully monitor my social media spaces to help keep them safe and respectful for clients, dancers, and ambassadors.

For me, this work is about more than creating beautiful images. It is about helping dancers feel seen, helping families feel confident and supported, and creating photographs that open doors, build confidence, and show each dancer at their very best.
