With a Bachelor’s degree in Speech Communication and dual Master’s degrees in Communications and TESOL, BB’s career began in the classroom, not the spa. She spent 7.5 years teaching English at a university in Korea, building connections through language before discovering her true passion for permanent makeup. In January 2023, BB began her journey into brow artistry, training under Casey Kim Brows and becoming a certified ombre brow specialist. By September 2023, BB had launched her own studio while still working as a multilingual educator in a Maryland middle school. Her dedication, talent, and compassionate approach led her to a new chapter in May 2024, when she relocated her business to the welcoming space of Grace Med Spa—a major step forward in her growing beauty brand.
